Who Is Going With You?

2014-09-21 13.20.19“Great! Now what was I to do?” The machine guns (Who has machine guns???) were going off and had me pinned down behind one of the cars. I was safe but I needed to behind the one behind me to get to cover. Throwing some rocks in the air triggered another blast and a hail of of bullets. But they were short lived and I knew they were involved in reloading. I jumped across the hood of the car behind me, looking over to see what was going. Angels In The House – Priming The Pump

leejohndrowteamYesterday I had the wonderful time of being able to share a message with my church family. One of the main pieces was the idea that there needs to be BIBLICAL based encouragement, exhortation and edification. Thankful for being part of what God is doing in this hour.

One of the things people have begun to ask me about is the continuing and apparent increase of angelic activity and visitations. Clearly they are increasing. I want to be clear when I say this. I do not believe we ought to pursue angels. I am totally comfortable with the idea that angels are here and part of our culture. And when they become visible that is awesome and cool. Encouragement Is What We Offer

What We Offer

threadI want people to move ahead. To get better. To be all they can be. Over time I have seen a lot of great moments where people “get it” and move ahead. I also have seen some disillusionment.

I want to help people. But through many interactions, I have learned the following thing. A lot of people want you to endorse their actions, their decisions, bringing “confirmation” to the direction they want to go. They want you to encourage them. (Ever have a conversation with a person who is going down the wrong path? “I know he/she is not saved…not sober…a drug addict…but I love them!”) Continue reading Encouragement Is What We Offer
