Child Of Promise – Child Of Change

preachingatvillageI had seen this child before. I knew her from somewhere. Upon waking up I remembered I saw this child in a dream as I prepared for trip to participate in a revival. In the dream I was working on a home I had owned in the 80’s. A friend named Rose (His last name. Rose of Sharon?) was working alongside me. He had ordered a load of materials. As this monstrous truck unloaded, blocking traffic on the hill. There amongst the trees lay a child. Someone went to pick her up. But in the moment they walked away all the materials had been applied to the building. The house was built. They came over and gave me this child. I held her and she began to smile, to laugh. Her smile changed the weather! I could feel it, see it change. My friend looked at the house and said “great job”. I remember the burned down house that had been there weeks before. The work and labor to clean it up and get it ready to restore. (In reality the actual man who bought the house when I lived there had a last name that meant to cease, to stop, to halt!) But as I looked at the house, it was done! Finished! Complete! Continue reading Child Of Promise – Child Of Change

I Hear The Sound Of Rain

You never know the impact.
You never know the impact.

There is nothing more pleasant than to sit under a porch on a summer’s day and listen to the rain. You can hear it on the roof, you can hear the wind of its falling as it passes through your view. I have spent many a rainy day on a porch, just looking out, listening. Continue reading I Hear The Sound Of Rain

New England Is In For A Change!

New England! It’s your time. It’s your season.

And that changed everything for me. Continue reading New England Is In For A Change!

A New Side Of Prepping

"Use me!"
“Use me!”

Yesterday I wrote on revival and more specifically the growing wave of His presence in the New England area. Many many people read and shared this word with friends and of course, I would like to say thank you. I think the growing consensus is that what we embraced, held fast during powerful times of revival, renewal and the presence of God did not carry over into the lives we lived. I get it. People quit jobs, left spouses and abandoned children. But any believer who has opened their Bible knows that, that type of behavior is NOT reflective of God, His character or His teaching. That response was not God. Continue reading A New Side Of Prepping

From Disconnect To Reconnect – Community Is In The Air

leejohndrowteamThe process of disconnecting.

Over the last few months I have watched an trend. It is one of two that I have noticed. Both are “negative” trends capitulated by the enemy. The first one I want to address is the “disconnect”.

Disconnecting or the disconnect in its simplest form, means that something is no longer connected. It means to stop or end the supply of something. (We often talk about electricity being disconnected.) So in March I began to see people being disconnected. I thought, “Time to pray” and that is what I did.
