Dreams Of Change-What Does Love Have to do with it?

Last night I had several dreams, but 2 stood out to me. The others were good, but they did not have the interesting aspects that these 2 had. Add in that I felt they were connected and had a value to bring change to my life and those around me.

In my first dream, I went to a store that I do not frequent. A huge grocery store. Walking in, I noticed that many were not wearing masks. One person had a mask on, and I felt bewildered as I looked about. I watched how people were doing things. There seemed to be a carnival atmosphere. The one with the mask was upset, angry.

We Will Put Our Trust In The Name Of The Lord

leejohndrowteamLast night I had a dream and in that dream I found myself lying on a bed. Resting. Relaxing.

There were two doorways in the dream and through one of them came a line of people that were coming to hide away their treasure. Through the other door were people who are coming to bring food, drink and provisions. I am not sure if I was the recipient or just the oversight of what was going on. The Way Of An Eagle

leejohndrowteamYesterday I had the opportunity to take a canoe ride with my daughter Amy. A father daughter time. She jokingly said, “do I have to paddle” and I said “no”.

At first she was afraid as the canoe made noise, shuddering with each paddle stroke and the wind picking up as we got into open waters. But soon she relaxed and we were talking. We talked about business and family, but then I saw an eagle soaring in the winds. Continue reading The Way Of An Eagle

The Rest That Refreshes!

"Use me!"
“Use me!”

One of the big topics in my life is rest. Not fall asleep kind of rest, but the one where you relax in Him. Yesterday began to remove my peace, my sense of well being. A manufacturer had done me wrong. They have a rule and they broke it. Their answer was “maybe the next time”. Meanwhile the pain went from being done wrong to being angry and needing to go for multiple walks.

I want to share something I wrote in February of 2008 about the beginnings of my truly catching more and more about the rest of God. Hebrews 3:19 Continue reading The Rest That Refreshes!

Destroy The Works Of The Enemy

leejohndrowteamThe enemy of our soul is alive and well, regardless of our belief or lack of belief in him. The devil and his minions move about looking to hurt, kill and destroy. I bring this up because lately I have noticed a number of folks who were struck down by a virus or disease that in many cases had slipped by undiagnosed. Ultimately each received the diagnosis by the most recent team of doctors. But in a few cases, some required 2, 3, even 4th or 5th doctors and teams. It would be one thing if the “disease” just noodled along, but in the most recent cases I had been involved in, the illness came in like gangbusters. Continue reading Destroy The Works Of The Enemy

Revelation, Rest, Relax And Rule

2014-08-09 13.57.03Take A Child

When people ask me about my family, I am excited. (Probably because I realize God is excited about His family!)I am excited not just for the love and the affection shown, but especially the little ones. They are not hardened by life lived religiously or life from the world. There is an innocence. But, my favorite is my walks of discovery with them. Continue reading Revelation, Rest, Relax And Rule
